All Thnwhn pieces are thoughtfully designed and made in India.

Orders are dispatched within 14 days of purchase as many of our garments are produced in limited quantities and finished with careful attention to detail.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and shipping service selected.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please email us at info@thnwhn.com within the eligible return period.

Once the returned item has been received and successfully passes our quality inspection, a store credit equal to the value of the returned product will be issued.

• Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit may be used on all full-price products.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us at info@thnwhn.com.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability and successful quality inspection of the returned item.

For international exchanges:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• The shipping cost for dispatching the exchanged item will also be borne by the customer.
