Returns and Exchange

Thank you for being a part of our community. If you’re not satisfied with the product or feel like a different size would work better, don’t worry, we are here for you!

  1.  Products can be exchanged only if the product received is damaged, or if there is an issue in size. Exchanges can only be made within a window of 7 days from receiving the product. 
  2. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code and is subjected to change depending on the ground condition. 
  3. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and must have the original tag attached. 
  4. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. 
  5. We do not offer any returns or exchange during any sale period. All sales made during sale period are final. 
  6. We do not offer any returns or refunds in bank account. If you wish to return your order, you can avail a credit note which is valid for 6 months from issuance, subject to terms and conditions. 
  7. Accessories including bags, scarves, or any items in the accessory page on the website cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  8. All disputes regarding non-delivery of order or incorrect product received need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
