EXCHANGE

  •  Products can be exchanged for a different size or a different product within a window of 7 days from receiving the product. 
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup for your product on receiving the request. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  • To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, with all the original tags intact.
  • We do not offer any returns or exchange during any sale period. All sales made during sale period are final. 
  • Accessories including bags, scarves, or any items in the accessory page on the website cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Customised orders cannot be returned/ exchanged. 

RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS

  • If you wish to return your order, you can avail a credit note which is valid for 6 months from issuance, subject to terms and conditions. Rs.350 is deducted from the product value as delivery and handling charges while issuing a credit note. 
  • We do not offer any returns or exchange during any sale period. All sales made during sale period are final. 
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. 
  • We do not offer any refunds in bank account.
  • All disputes regarding non-delivery of order or incorrect product received need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    INTERNATIONAL

    Shipping:

    Orders will be shipped 14 days from the date of purchase – as the products are made with utmost authenticity.

    Return Policy :

    In case of a returning product, a cash credit will be issued of the same amount once the product passes a quality check back at our address. The customer will bear the cost to ship back the item to the shipping address.

    The credit is available 12 months from the date of purchase and can be availed on all products at all times besides when the products are on sale.

    Exchange Policy :

    If for any reason you wish to exchange your order, mail us the reason for exchange at the mail given above. All products returned will be subject to quality checks to ensure they meet the standard criteria.

    The exchange courier charge for both the returning item and the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
